Private Coaching

The personal coaching relationship is very sacred and unique. As your coach, I will facilitate new awareness, support action, and help maintain accountability in your efforts to reach your goals. I help guide your transformation from the inside out! Most importantly, I help you connect to your own intuitive guidance system to gain confidence and clarity around decisions in your life relating to your career, relationships, health, or obstacles that keep you feeling stuck or unfulfilled. Private coaching is available in three or six month packages.

 
 

Business Support for Coaches

The New Business - New You program is your Coaching Business BluePrint providing you with a guiding framework and practical tools on how to build a business as well as the individualized coaching you need to become a confident and successful business owner.

 
 

Group Coaching

Group coaching is another opportunity to gain support, awareness and accountability through experiencing the power of a group. This setting allows me to create a sacred space to guide an intimate group of like-minded individuals on their journey towards creating their BEST life! You will work together to accomplish individual goals and clear any blocks that come up along the way. It's an opportunity to be lifted up during this journey of soulful exploration. Group Coaching sessions will take place on video conferencing over a 6-8 week period.

 
 

Light Healing

This is an energy healing modality that adds LIGHT to your consciousness, physical and subtle bodies, and balances the chakras.

Benefits: promotes relaxation, calm, healing, increase in consciousness, increase in intuition, clearing of physical and emotional blocks, increased energy, and receptivity to love and abundance.

Energy healing is done remotely.
